An avid technologist, with over 15 years of marketing experience in USA and India, he has produced several memorable and award-winning campaigns over the years, such as Mitsubishi "Great Driving Challenge", Britannia "iHealthU", Royal Challengers "Fanatic Fans Challenge", and Tata "Build a Dream Car".
Sandip has developed several strategy frameworks that help brands plan long-term marketing strategies for the digital-first consumer. As platforms and media continue to evolve, he remains fanatically focused on understanding their shifting behavior. Passionate about bridging the digital divide, one of his current interests lie in the use of vernacular mediums to reach the masses in middle India. Unifying brand voice on social, creating disruptive experiences, and leveraging asset light scalable infrastructures are some of his other areas of interest.

Aarti heads up the Creative Team at EC. She brings forth a passion for all things digital and has led many of EC's successful web campaigns, launching brands like RoyalChallengers.com, Kotak's NRIMatters.com, and Britannia iHealthU.com.
A strong believer in minimalism, Aarti believes in designing web assets that are both beautiful and usable. She ferociously questions the team on everything from the validation of an idea to the proposed wireframes and communication. At heart, she is a dreamer and often takes off on flights of fantasy.

Virinder leads the young and energetic "Writing Team" of EC. Generating ideas for digital campaigns and assets, and turning those raw ideas into lucid words is his specialty. Starting his career in digital copywriting for clients like Tata Motors and Castrol, he has now successfully led digital-first campaigns for brands like Britannia NutriChoice (Snexy / Game for Health), MRF (MRF Rain Day), ZEE (I am IN – dna of India, The Never-ANDing Movie), Royal Challengers Bangalore (Fanatic Fans Challenge), and others.
After completing his B.E. and M.B.A., he worked in companies like Infosys Technologies Limited and Sify Technologies Limited. In EC, he has also had brief stints in client servicing, content, and the social team. It is this mixed background and experience that helps him in his current role of leading the writing team. As an avid foodie, Virinder swears by chicken. And as a diehard movie junkie, he uses his spare time to
watch films from around the world and analyses them on his blog.

Nikhil heads the technology team at EC and is responsible for tech deliveries. Focused on mapping ideas to technology, with his dedicated team of developers, he works relentlessly to deliver digital assets that people love to use. He likes to lead from the front and is a staunch supporter of the open source software movement.
In his free time, he loves to read, learn, and implement new technologies. A foodie at heart, even a Vada Pav at 2 AM is relished with equal gusto.
