Sandip Maiti

Bitten by the bug, Sandip co-founded Experience Commerce (EC) in 2006, with Rajeev and Rajesh (meet them below). Prior to starting EC, he led marketing programs in several media and technology startups in USA and India; at Zycus Inc, Jasubhai (partner of Vogel, CMP, & ZD, and now 9.9 Media), ControlSoft and Emerson Electric, through the 90's.

Sandip graduated from IT-BHU and survived a MS from Case Western, before gravitating to the field of enterprise software and systems. It was long, deep and monotonous. Hooked on internet since its very early days, the first brush with 'media' came during the stint with Digital Media at Jasubhai. It was only a matter of time, before the vows were exchanged and EC was born.

Along with his team, Sandip dreams of making EC the sexiest digital agency in India, and someday take on the world.

Rajeev Srinivasa

Rajeev works with a core team of software architects and AI engineers and heads up the R&D at EC. He is focussing on adapting developments in different technology areas to build exciting social applications.

Rajeev has been building world class software products for almost 20 years. In multiple stints at leading product companies (such as ZYCUS, DIGITE, RAMCO, RAVE) he helped define the technology roadmap, and led teams that created the architecture and built components leveraging new Internet technologies.

He has authored numerous technical papers on modeling and applications of Genetic Algorithms and Artificial Intelligence. He has also co-authored two books in the area of Artificial Intelligence.

Rajesh Chokhani

Rajesh lives his first life on the web and second life in so called real world. Rajesh is a natural at market/user analysis,ideas ,design ,product concepts ,budgeting and management. He works with his team of art directors ,designers ,technical directors ,client servicing managers and online marketers to translate strategy into compelling campaigns.

You can bring twinkles in his eyes by discussing travel ,lifestyle , food ,wildlife , economics ,web and in general way of working of life. It's also easy to let him loose by challenging his social/philosophical point of views.

Amit Deshpande

Amit Deshpande leads the technology team at EC.

Amit & team work on cutting edge web and mobile applications, leveraging technologies and platforms including AJAX, Java, RSS, XML, JSON, ActionScript, PHP, LAMP, CSS, SQUID, MemCached, Ruby On Rails, .NET, FBML, OpenSocial, DRUPAL, WordPress, Joomla!, MySQL, Ubuntu, CDN, JavaScript, Apache, Tomcat, XHTML, JMS, SOAP, Wiki, Blog, Social Media, Folkosonomy, Google Maps, Android and Flashlite.

Before joining EC, Amit worked as principal developer at companies like Rave Technologies and Zycus.

Jayshree Nayak

Jayshree, is a natural at servicing clients. She is a seasoned team leader capable of steering the team towards achievement of the client objectives. She is a go-getter ensuring awesome client satisfaction from signature to execution of campaigns. J has a keen appreciation of creativity and can provide strategic inputs and holistic communication solutions to client's businesses.

J lives in a peaceful tail-end suburb of Mumbai with her family. She can also be often spotted in her Tata Safari LE on Mumbai WE Highways with her pet Growlith.
