Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role:
4 to 5 years ofexperience required
A) Client Solutions and Services Upsell
Providing effective solutions whilst identifying and developing new business from existing clients
Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive rapport
Manage multiple Retainer clients and projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external personnel
Managing Marketing and Influencer Programs as and when required for clients/Projects
Ensure consistency of messages across multiple networks, mediums, and platforms
Serve as community and relationship manager for brands and resolve any issues as and when they arise
Recommend innovative ideas to generate buzz around the brand, its product promotions, launches and brand-sponsored events
B) Research, Reports and Audits
Create monthly social media status reports detailing key insights, popular content topics, community quotes (verbatims) and monitoring results; work with analytics team and oversee preparation of metrics, tracking and activity reports as based on client reporting needs
Create social plans and research audits including (and not limited to) content strategy plans, competition research briefs and digital audits improve current offerings
C) Billing and Finance
Keep a track of all finance and billing matters
Follow-up with clients on outstanding
Track creatives for SoW client Billings
Must haves
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
From a Digital Agency / Digital Mandate handling Background
Tracking and Quantifying attitude and skill of Finance, Brand Health, Competitor and Digital landscape
A Huge Plus:
Content Strategist / Digital Project Management Background
SEO and SEM understanding
Website Design and Development Process understanding
Media understanding
Google Analytics and any other analytic tools understanding
