Reporting To: Senior Performance Marketing Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
End-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of performance and brand campaigns across platforms like Google Ads (Search, PMax), Meta Ads, and YouTube.
Collaborate with creative & content teams to develop integrated campaign strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Work on strategic planning for FMCG, automotive, and consumer brands.
Monitor key KPIs (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, Frequency) and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
Generate and present weekly/monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations for client reviews.
Coordinate with vendors (OTT platforms, influencers, publishers) for media planning, negotiations, and campaign execution.
Set up and manage remarketing funnels, keyword strategies, and A/B testing to maximize conversions.
Assist in GTM planning and seasonal campaigns, ensuring smooth rollout and alignment with client goals.
Stay updated with platform changes, ad formats, and industry trends to apply innovative marketing tactics.
Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital campaign management.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, Google Analytics.
Strong analytical mindset, ability to work with data, extract insights, and apply them to improve performance.
Comfortable managing multiple brands and adapting strategies to different industry verticals (FMCG, auto, F&B, etc.).
Excellent collaboration and communication skills & ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
Experience in media buying and vendor coordination (OTT, influencer networks, regional media).
Basic knowledge of Excel and PPT for reporting & pitches.
A proactive, solution oriented attitude with strong ownership of campaigns and a desire to learn and grow.
