Role & Responsibilities: Lead a portfolio of 6-8 key clients across digital marketing, content, creative, Tech & Media mandates Drive account health: revenue growth, profitability, retention, and expansion Be the strategic north star for your clients—challenge, push back, elevate Mentor and grow a team of Account Managers and Account Executives & find future Account Directors within the team. Partner with Creative, Tech, Media, and Production teams to deliver integrated solutions Lead pitches and upsell conversations. You’re not just a custodian—you’re a growth architect Run reviews like a boss. Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Retainers, Campaign trackers—you own the room Troubleshoot issues before they become escalations. Keep clients calm and your team focused
Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role: Minimum 10 years to max 15yrs of client servicing experience in digital, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or Group Account Director role A deep understanding of digital strategy, content, media, and tech Proven success in scaling accounts, winning pitches, and leading multi-million rupee businesses You're great with people-clients trust you, teams love working with you Commercial acumen. You can read a P&L, plan growth, and forecast like a pro Strong writing and presentation skills. Can you write a deck that doesn’t need your voiceover? Good. Grit.
