We're looking for a proactive and energetic SDR/BDR who loves reaching out to new people and knows how to grab attention. If you're passionate about cold outreach, confident on calls, write emails that get noticed, and enjoy connecting with people on LinkedIn, this role is perfect for you. Your main job will be to reach out to potential clients, spark meaningful conversations, and book meetings for our sales team. You'll play an important part in helping us grow by bringing in new business opportunities through smart and consistent outreach.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Reach out to 50–80 new prospects daily across target industries to introduce our solutions and secure discovery calls. 
  • Cold Email Campaigns: Craft, test, and send personalized email sequences to decisionmakers and influencers. 
  • LinkedIn Outreach: Connect, engage, and follow up with prospects via LinkedIn using tailored messaging and content. 
  • Lead Research: Identify potential leads through tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc., and enrich data for outreach. 
  • Database Management: Maintain and regularly update lead records using Excel spreadsheets. This includes tracking lead activity, contact details, follow-ups, and engagement status to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. 
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales to align messaging and strategies. 
  • Reporting: Track metrics (calls made, emails sent, meetings booked) and share weekly performance reports. 

Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role:

  • 1–3 years of experience in SDR/BDR/pre-sales roles, preferably in a tech/digital/IT services company. 
  • Proven track record in cold calling and lead generation. 
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English (fluent). 
  • Familiarity with outreach tools like LinkedIn and Apollo.io 
  • Comfortable managing and organizing lead data using Excel or Google Sheets 
  • Ability to research and personalize outreach effectively. 
  • Hardworking, goal-oriented, and able to stay motivated even when things get tough. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setup where results and numbers matter.
