Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the visual direction and creative development of 360° advertising campaigns — across digital, film, print, and social platforms.
  • Partner with the Creative Director and Copy team to crack strong concepts that are fresh, strategic, and visually powerful.
  • Mentor and guide designers and art teams — from idea to execution — ensuring every piece of work hits the brief and looks award-ready.
  • Shape the visual language for brands and campaigns through mood boards, layouts, storyboards, and on-set art direction.
  • Collaborate with strategy, film, and production teams to bring ideas alive with consistency and craft.
  • Present and defend creative ideas to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Stay on top of design trends, digital culture, and new tech to push the creative envelope on every brief.
  • Ensure timelines, quality standards, and creative ambition stay in perfect balance.

Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role:

  • Experience: 5–10 years in a creative or advertising agency, with a strong track record in leading campaigns and mentoring teams.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to translate insights and strategy into visually compelling, idea-driven work.
  • Design Expertise: Deep understanding of composition, typography, photography, and brand aesthetics.
  • Software Fluency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); knowledge of other tools is a plus.
  • Leadership: A natural eye for detail and the ability to inspire, challenge, and elevate the creative team.
  • Presentation: Strong communication and storytelling skills — confident in pitching and selling ideas.
  • Versatility: Experience working across categories, from FMCG and lifestyle to digital-first brands.
  • Portfolio: A standout portfolio that demonstrates conceptual strength, design finesse, and a clear sense of craft.
