Technology Architecture
The application was built using EC’s Mobility Framework, which consists of three main layers:
Data Layer:
- Backbone of the framework, ensuring consistent data availability
- Includes data security and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Limited release access to employees only
Middleware:
- Acts as a bridge between the data layer and the mobile presentation layer
- Comprises APIs for data communication, CMS for data manipulation, user authentication, and MIS reports
- Features offline sync mechanism for data updates
Mobile Application:
- Presentation layer with application logic, flow, and screen designs
- Installed on users' mobile devices, serving as the frontend interface
