You will be responsible for driving sales as an individual contributor and scale revenue for Experience Commerce across Social Media, Tech & production verticals while working closely with the Business Director. We are seeking a highly talented Assistant Manager Business Developer to play a pivotal role within the EC growth team. This individual should have background in quota driven sales with experience in content creation and content production. This individual will need to have a deep understanding of all EC’s capabilities and always be at the forefront of the latest offerings we are developing. This key role will drive sales, responding to client request for content, building, and establishing client / procurement relationships. Driving profitable growth is the core objective, so knowledge of the industry with an insatiable curiosity and excitement for market trends is a must.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage go to market initiatives towards selling EC’s offerings to Brands and managing sales activities for the region
  • Reach out and engage with Brands, map accounts, crack insightful briefs and inspire creative team members to come up with interesting and engaging ideas
  • Cold Calling expertise, email campaigns, and LinkedIn strategy
  • Opportunity to learn and be responsible for end-to-end Business Development – Lead generation to closure
  • Lead day to day client engagement and interaction with creative & production teams
  • Responsible for monthly / quarterly / annual sales target for the region / set of accounts allocated
  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role:

  • Should have 2-6years of work experience in Sales.
  • The candidate must have picked Marketing as a major in their MBA.
  • Should have good understanding of the Advertising Business either working with or engaging with known brands, advertising agencies, digital agencies, production houses.
  • Exceptionally strong communication, engagement, presentation skills
  • Highly organised, motivated, and able to multi-task
  • Ability to coordinate and support senior leaders, Self-driven and proactive
