We are seeking an experienced and insight-driven Senior Brand Strategist to lead brand thinking and drive impactful campaigns for our clients. You will play a key role in shaping brand narratives, mentoring junior strategists, and partnering with creative and account teams to deliver innovative, data-backed solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of comprehensive brand strategies across multiple clients
• Translate business objectives into clear brand positioning and communication frameworks
• Drive deep consumer insights through research, data analysis, and cultural trends
• Collaborate with creative, media, and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Lead strategic input for pitches and new business opportunities
• Present high-impact strategic recommendations to senior clients
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and refine strategies based on performance data
• Develop and maintain brand architecture, guidelines, and long-term roadmaps
• Mentor and guide junior strategists and planners

Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5–10 years of experience in brand strategy, planning, or advertising
• Proven experience working in an advertising or creative agency
• Strong expertise in consumer insights, brand positioning, and storytelling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with integrated campaigns (digital, social, offline)
• Familiarity with research tools and data analytics platforms
• Understanding of cultural trends, content ecosystems, and emerging media
• Experience handling large or global brands
