DESCRIPTION:
A Creative Visualizer is responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual designs and artworks that effectively communicate the brand’s message and enhance the overall aesthetic appeal. The Creative Visualizer should have a strong artistic sense, excellent design skills, and the ability to bring ideas to life through visually engaging visuals.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Proven 4-5 years of experience as a creative visualiser, or similar role.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of After Effects is an added benefit.
- Strong artistic and creative abilities, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Ability to work both independently within a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual design projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the video team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Conceptualize and develop visual designs that align with the brand’s identity and objectives.
- Create compelling visual elements such as illustrations, graphics, and layouts for videos.
- Use various design software and tools to create high-quality visual assets
- Understanding of animation, storytelling, and character development techniques.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into visual designs.
- Present design concepts and ideas to the team and clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
- Ensure all visual designs are in compliance with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms and campaigns.
- Collaborate with team to ensure the visual and written elements complement each other effectively
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
