DESCRIPTION:

As a KPO Associate, you will play a vital role in executing and managing key knowledge-based processes within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of KPO processes, attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively with team members, and proficiency in working flexible shifts to ensure efficient service delivery.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications related to KPO are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Process Execution:
    • Execute knowledge-based processes efficiently and accurately, adhering to established guidelines and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and contribute to achieving overall team objectives.
  2. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed documentation of processes, methodologies, and outcomes.
    • Generate timely and accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders as required.
  3. Quality Assurance:
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of work output.
    • Participate in regular quality audits and proactively address any identified areas for improvement.
  4. Continuous Learning:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements relevant to the KPO domain.
    • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  5. Shift Working:
    • Work flexible shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage and meet client service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth handovers between shifts and maintain consistent service delivery.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
    • Share knowledge and contribute to the collective success of the team.
  7. Timely Delivery:
    • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of work.
    • Communicate proactively with team leads regarding project status and potential challenges.
  8. Deadline Management:
    • Manage design projects efficiently, adhering to timelines and delivering high-quality designs within specified deadlines.
    • Prioritize tasks based on project requirements and deadlines.
