DESCRIPTION:

We are a leading digital marketing agency seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Google Display Network, Meta Search, Programmatic, and Amazon Marketplace. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of performance marketing channels and be passionate about driving results for our clients.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, Google Display Network, Meta Search, Programmatic, and Amazon Marketplace
  • Proven ability to execute and optimize effective performance marketing campaigns that drive results
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance marketing measurement and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Proficiency in performance marketing planning and optimization tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Amazon Advertising
  • Familiarity with website tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Google Display Network, Meta Search, Programmatic, and Amazon & Flipkart Marketplace
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand client goals and identify opportunities for growth
  • Conduct market and audience research to inform campaign planning and optimization
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal allocation across channels and campaigns
  • Develop and execute tests to optimize campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Analyze campaign results and provide regular reporting and insights to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and industry developments to inform campaign planning and optimization
