An expert in Digital media marketing who has all-round expertise brand & performance marketing which is inclusive and not limited to Social media, Search, Marketplaces and other facets of Digital Media, responsible for the design and implementation of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the brand that drives client deliverables.
Drive adoption of emerging as well as leading technologies and practices in MarTech, Data & Analytics Platforms and build deep capabilities within EC.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 8-10 years of experience in a digital media agency.
- Interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills · Intelligent, entrepreneurial with strong work ethic
- Ability to lead projects independently from start to finish, working with internal and external teams to make decisions and maintain forward momentum
- In-depth understanding of digital advertising landscape from either media planning or sales planner perspective. Understanding of Digital Ad platforms such as Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart, Facebook business manager, etc.
- High competency level in analysis & insight generation. In-depth understanding of Ad tracking & monitoring tools such as DCM, Google Analytics, etc
- Detailed understanding of SEO
- Excellent time management/project management skills, with the ability to manage detailed work and communicate project status effectively to all levels
- Some working outside the standard working hours may be necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define a transformational digital roadmap aligned to the corporate strategy to maximize operational efficiencies, market awareness, and customer engagement
- Manage the digital lifecycle; from concept, throughout the build and test phases, until launch and maintenance
- Measure ROI and engagement for digital marketing activities including established procedures to track and monitor effectiveness and measure actual performance against planned performance
- Leverage digital platforms to provide solutions for challenges faced by the Brands
- An expert in running Digital Marketing campaigns, specializing in Google Ads, E-tail Media, Performance Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic & Mobile.
- An expert in various AdTech/MarTech platforms.
- Identify opportunities for cross/Upsell across their set of clients and help business teams in converting them
- Working closely with the team on Campaign enhancement & Optimization
- Advise account teams on research, strategy, creation, execution, and measurement of content across various digital channels
- Establish strong and successful partnerships by advocating and educating technology vendors, publishers & data providers and internal stakeholders in line with the vision and ambition to shape technologies to suit our needs.
- Develop and build services and solutions based on market requirements Support custom/ad hoc external and internal special projects
