Job Description for Sr. Account Management Executive

We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Account Executive to join our team. Being a customer facing role, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and can liaise effectively with senior stakeholders.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years minimum in a Digital Agency.
- Ability to craft and package creative concepts/ product plans in written decks is a must.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing/ Advertising/ Communication/ Technology.
- Demonstrated interactive/ digital/ online experience with strategic understanding of all disciplines of marketing and industry dynamics.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory; advanced knowledge is a plus.
- Create network plans and coordinate with internal managers to define tasks, goals and timelines in view of client expectations.
- Ability to craft monthly social and content reports basis analysis and inputs from team.
- Strong grasp of digital measurement tools like Google Analytics, FB Insights, Hash Tracking etc.
- Ability to translate client briefs into specific actionable items for different departments – Tech, Art, Content, Copy – and manage client expectations on new briefs.
- Strong client communication and engagement skills.
- Oversee all stages of delivery – planning, execution and deployment – to ensure highest level of quality is met.
